The garage is one area of your home that can quickly become cluttered and disorganized. This is why it is important for homeowners to know how to clean a garage quickly and easily so that clutter doesn't build up over time. When your garage becomes cluttered, it can be difficult to find exactly what you need, when you need it.

What You'll Need:

• A push broom
• Shelves
• Boxes or plastic bins
• A permanent marker
• Small jars
• Brackets
• A drill
• A screwdriver
• A level

Instructions:

1. Empty everything out of your garage, carefully arranging everything on the driveway so you can easily see what you have. Organize items into similar groups, such as tools, toys, and holiday decorations. This will make it easier to put everything back.
2. Use the push broom to sweep any debris off the floor of the garage. You can also use the broom to brush any spider webs off the walls or roof beams, if necessary.
3. Organize any larger items into boxes or plastic bins. Label these boxes or bins clearly with a permanent marker.
4. Put up shelves and brackets around the garage to help you store things more efficiently. You can even intall brackets to hang bikes on the wall, so they don't take up roo on the floor. You will need a drill, screwdriver and level to install these items.
5. Place the boxes and bins on shelves so you can easily see the labels and find what you need quickly.
6. Organize any small items, such as nuts, bolts, and nails, into separate jars, labeling these as well.
7. Arrange these jars on a shelf so you can easily see what is in each jar.
8. Hang up long-handled items, such as shovels, brooms, and rakes, on the brackets you hung on the walls.
9. Replace all of your larger items, such as your lawnmower and snow blower.
10. Sell or give away any items you no longer use to help cut back on the clutter in your garage.
