I can remember making pasta tree ornaments when I was a kid. In fact, the pasta angel I made when I was in elementary school still hangs on my parents' Christmas tree to this day. Pasta tree ornaments are fun to make and to give as gifts. Here is a slightly fancier version of the pasta angel. Because a hot glue gun and spray paint are used to make these ornaments, this project is more appropriate for adults. However, it can be made child-friendly with a few small changes. For kids, use craft paint instead of spray paint, eliminate the beaded halo, and use simple craft glue rather than hot glue. The pasta tree ornaments will take longer to dry, but the results will be similar. Parental supervision required.
